IP Custom Water Gun

This IP custom water gun is manufactured by integral injection molding of hard plastic. The gun outer shell features segmented geometric streamline shape, with 3D rib structures on the shell surface to create strong three-dimensional appearance. The shell and grip are one-piece molded. The curved grip is optimized for stable holding by children. Flat areas are reserved on the shell surface for custom IP pattern printing. All edges of plastic parts are treated with arc transition without sharp thin edges. The plastic shell has good toughness and resists cracking from drops. Equipped with built-in press spray assembly, water can be sprayed by pushing the plunger after filling water, operation is simple. Light and compact, it is suitable for water activities on beach, swimming pool and backyard. New mold opening service is available. Shell shape, rib design, color, printing and packaging solutions can be customized. It works well for IP licensed products, promotional gifts, toy set accessories and holiday giveaways. Relevant export test certifications can be provided upon customer request.

Can you customize products with our logo, color, size, or packaging?

Yes. We support custom logo, custom color, custom size, custom function, custom packaging and private label service. Customers can provide artwork, design ideas, reference samples, or technical requirements and our team will help evaluate the best production solution.

Yes. We can provide samples for customer confirmation before mass production. For customized products, we can make 3D drawings, prototypes, tooling samples or pre-production samples according to the project stage. Mass production will start after the sample is approved.

You can send us your product idea, reference picture, drawing, sample, target price, order quantity, packaging requirement and target market. Our team will review the project and provide product suggestions, estimated cost MOQ,  sample plan, tooling solution and production schedule.

What is your minimum order quantity?

The MOQ depends on the product type, material, size, structure and customization requirements. For most OEM/ODM toy projects, the regular MOQ is usually around10,000 to 15,000 pieces. Please contact us with your product details so we can provide an accurate MOQ.

The regular production lead time is about 30 to 35 days after the pre-production sample is confirmed. The exact lead time may vary depending on product complexity, order quantity, packaging requirements and testing requirements.
